if you contact me about a commission and do not respond, i will put you on hold for a week. if you do not contact me again afterward, you will be taken off hold and the process will have to start over again.

i reserve the right to refuse a commission. if i refuse you, please do not try to convince me or harass me. if you attempt to do this, i will block and blacklist you. thank you.

i accept money (in USD) through ko-fi or paypal. i am also willing to accept points if you are commissioning me via deviantart.

i take half of the payment up front and half once the commission is finished.

please do NOT mark payment via paypal as "friends & family" - please use "goods & services". this is to protect both of us!

i will refund your payment if you request, but please be aware that i will not refund once your piece is completed.

i reserve the right to use the images as i see fit. this includes adding them to portfolios and posting them to online galleries. i retain full commercial and distribution rights over any and all image i produce.

you may use the commission i create for you for personal use only. this excludes any commercial use - no profit is to be made off of the images. if posted elsewhere, please credit me, preferably with a link back to my profile! any alterations can only be made with my written consent.

i forbid anyone from using my art, commissioned or not, in NFTs or any similar processes/operations.

please do not resell any of my designs for more than their original value unless additional art has been included.

do not use my designs in pieces involving hate speech (lgbtphobia, racism, ableism, etc.), zoophilia, or pedophilia.

once the design is yours, feel free to alter any aspect (gender, colors, markings, etc.) as long as the design is still recognizable as the same character. the only exception is that you may not lighten the skin or whitewash any of human/oid designs.

if you own a design made after 2018, please do not delete them completely. this doesn't apply pre-2018 designs. (toyhou.se only)

your commission may take me some time. if you would like updates or progress shots at any point, feel free to ask.

please be as specific as possible when ordering from me! this can include everything from posing to the amount of shading. i would prefer it if things weren't open-ended.

please don't order more than five commissions at once.
